Orders placed before 17:00 CET will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 17:00 CET will be processed starting from the next business day.

After an order is successfully placed and confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. This processing period includes order verification, packing, and handover to the logistics provider, but excludes transit time.
Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.
