Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of successful delivery (the date the order is marked as received). Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.

Contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to submit an exchange request.
Once the request is approved, return the original item following the return process described above.
After the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be arranged, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.
After a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment card used at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Refund Timing: The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing efficiency of the card-issuing institution.
Shipping-related charges, where applicable, are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
