Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Oakmyden (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and explains the conditions, timeframes, and procedures related to order cancellations placed in our online store.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping stage or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the order will need to follow the return and refund process instead.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be canceled within the order processing period, provided that shipment preparation has not yet begun.

  • If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled in accordance with the applicable Return, exchange and refund policy.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Provide your order number and relevant purchase details for verification.

  • Once the cancellation request is reviewed, you will be informed whether the order can be successfully canceled.

Cancellation requests are processed during our official service hours and handled on a best-effort basis depending on the order status.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, a refund will be issued in full.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your card-issuing institution.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in the following situations:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit.

  • The order is undergoing final dispatch procedures that cannot be reversed.

In such cases, customers may refer to the return and refund process after receiving the order.
